What is permanent in this life?

In this life, nothing is permanent, no matter how hard we try to hold onto it. People come and go, and we experience both love and hate. We gain trust, and we lose it. Sometimes we intentionally or unintentionally part ways with others, or they do so with us. Some people may stay in our lives for a while, while others may leave sooner than we anticipated. Each person we meet has their journey, and sometimes that journey takes them away from us. Life itself is not permanent, and we must learn to embrace the impermanence of it all. Each day is a gift, and we should make the most of it while we can. ❤️
